Visafone Customers Laud Quality Service


.......Company Plans 200 New Retail Outlets

Subscribers of Visafone, leading CDMA operator in Nigeria, drawn from across the Lagos sales area have endorsed the quality data and voice services deployed by the telecoms company.
The endorsement is coming on the heels of plans by the company to deploy additional 200 new retail outlets across the six geopolitical zones of the country to bring its services nearer to the people.
One of the subscribers, Modupe Makinde said “I am passionate about Visafone and I have more than three lines and have been recommending every of your products to my friends and family. Please keep up the good work.”
She however appealed to the company to open more retail outlets especially in rural areas to cater to the needs of subscribers who live in far flung and rural communities.
Another subscriber, Martins Anietie said “I’m particularly thrilled by the speed of the data bundle deployed by Visafone. It’s fast and reliable and I know this because of the kind of work I do, using the Internet and Visafone has never failed me for once. It’s highly recommended.”
Visafone managing director, Sailesh Iyer who spoke at the forum which held at the Civic Centre in Lagos recently said about 200 new retail shops are to be opened
across the country before year end adding that it was part of the company’s resolve to dialogue with customers in order to serve them better.
Welcoming customers to the forum, Iyer said the major objective of the forum was to first of all appreciate Visafone customers for their unflinching loyalty to the brand and also listen to their suggestions, advice and complaints, which are the helpful feedback the company needed for Total Quality Management (TQM).
According to Iyer, the forum also presented a unique opportunity for Visafone to explore other ways of improving service delivery to its teeming customers. “Without a doubt, I must say that our customers are very important to us and that is why we have a forum like this which will further help to boost our customer relationship,” he added.
He explained that Visafone has been at the forefront of providing programmes and services which are aimed at giving customers unique experience and value for money, saying that, “fora like this are a sine qua non in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in all our contact points across board.”
Earlier, Head Customer Care, Lynda Amechi reiterated Visafone’s commitment to ensuring excellent service delivery which is key to customers’ satisfaction. “For us at Visafone, we believe in the maxim that customers are Kings and as such we strive daily to ensure that each customer gets a unique feel of the Visafone experience,” she said
She urged customers to see themselves as partners in progress with Visafone and where necessary point out areas where the company is doing well and other areas where improvement is needed.
The forum afforded the sales team an opportunity to showcase its various products and services. A team of Visafone staff was on hand to proffer answers to clarifications sought by Customers.
